In the heart of Seminyak, you’ll find the inspiring story of Mr. Santra and Mrs. Rai, a humble couple from a farming family who turned their passion for Balinese cuisine into a dream. Starting with a small stall selling authentic Balinese mixed rice, they’ve stayed true to their roots, cooking over a traditional wood-fired stove – a method that infuses every dish with rich, smoky flavors.
